Day 1: Chandigarh to Shimla (120 km) –
Once you reach the Chandigarh Airport, our representative offers an assisted transfer your first destination Shimla, by road. Fondly referred to as the ‘Queen of Hills’, Shimla is a very popular hill town of Himachal Pradesh. As you reach, check-in at the hotel. After settling into the rooms, the day is at your own discretion. Spend the day in doing the activities of your interest. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel (Shimla).
Day 2: Shimla Sightseeing –
Post breakfast, day 2 is scheduled for an excursion to Kufri, a must-visit place. Placed at an altitude of 2290 m above the sea level, Kufri is blessed with tranquility, scenery and is dotted with tourist attractions like Mahasu Peak, Chini Bunglow, Indira Tourist Park etc. When back in Shimla, Visit Vice Regal Lodge, Jakhu Hills, Jakhu Temple. In the evening explore The Ridge, Christ Church (built in 1850’s), Mall Road & Lakkar Bazar. Overnight stay at hotel (Shimla).
Day 3: Shimla to Manali (250 km) –
After breakfast on the 3rd day, get transferred by road to Manali. Placed at an altitude of 2050 m above the sea level, Manali is a very popular hill station that is flocked by tourists every year in crazy numbers. On reaching, check-in at the hotel. Get some rest. The evening is at leisure. Take a walk on main market road of Manali. Enjoy the bustling tourist activity, taste the local renditions, enjoy the cool breeze and more. Dinner and overnight stay (Manali).
Day 4: Manali Sightseeing –
Today, get all set for visiting the prime attractions of Manali. Visit Hadimba Devi Temple – an ancient temple around 450 years old that is dedicated to Hadimba Devi, Vashisht Temple & Kund – hot water sulphur springs, Manu Temple, Tibetan Monastery and the handicraft centre. Back to the hotel for dinner. Stay overnight (Manali).
Day 5: Rohtang Pass Excursion OR Solang Valley Excursion –
The day is scheduled for enjoying the sights and experiences at Solang Valley and Rohtang Pass. You will enjoy the spectacular views of glaciers and snow-capped mountains. Solang Valley falls on the way to Rohtang Pass and is around 14 km from Manali. Along with its beautiful scenery, the place also offers adventure opportunities like zorbing, snow scooter, skiing and para-gliding. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay (Manali). *NOTE: Rohtang Pass Excursion cost is excluded from this package as the rates of the taxi and permit are flexible*
Day 6: Manali to Bir-Billing (160 km)
After breakfast proceed to Bir-Billing from Manali. On the way visit Kullu and you can also enjoy rafting activity in Kullu (Beas River) and Traditional Himachal Centre. Enjoy worlds second largest paragliding track in Bir and overnight stay at hotel in Bir.
Day 7: Bir Billing to Dharamshala (65 km)
After breakfast proceed to Dharamshala. On the way visit Baijnath Temple, Palampur tea gardens, Palampur. Overnight stay at the Hotel (Mcleodganj).
Day 8: Mcleodganj Sightseeing & D/shala Sightseeing
After breakfast proceed to Dalai Lama Temple – Monastery – Museum. Tibetan Market, Bhagsu Naag Temple, Bhagsu Waterfall, St. John Church, Dharamshala: Post lunch visit Norbulingka Institute, Gyuto Monastery, HPCA Stadium and Dharamshala Tea garden and Naddi Sunset Point at evening. Overnight stay at the hotel (Mcleodganj).
Day 9: Dharamshala to Amritsar (210 km) –
After breakfast proceed to Amritsar from Dharamshala. It will take approx. 5 hours. Check in to the hotel and take rest till the afternoon. Proceed for Wagah Border Evening Ceremony (Evening ceremony starts at 5:30 PM). Leave from hotel accordingly. Visit Jaliyanwala bagh at the evening as the closing time of Bagh is 7:30 PM. At night visit Golden Temple. Overnight stay at hotel (Amritsar).
Day 10: Amritsar to Chandigarh & Chandigarh Sightseeing (240 km)
After breakfast you will move to Chandigarh from Amritsar. Sightseeing of Rock Garden & Sukhna Lake in Chandigarh. Drop at the airport.
