The traveling insurance must before 15 days date of traveling with premium paid receipt, travel insurance is compulsory on all our trips and is a condition of booking with our company. When selecting a travel insurance policy we require that at a minimum you are covered for medical expenses including emergency repatriation. We strongly recommend that the policy also covers personal liability, cancellation, curtailment and loss of luggage and personal effects. Signing the forums means ,the person is coming at his own risk and the company is no longer responsible in case of any accidents or loss of life during the operation.

Note : The company has right to alter /abort the operation current circumstances of the place,time etc

Booking Policy:

· Initial Deposit: Any confirmation is subject to an advance deposit of 15% of the Package money and has to be paid immediately after we process the booking.

· Balance Payment: 35% has to pay 10 Days before the tour starts Balance payment has to be made at arrival time.


Cancellation Policy:

· 15% deduction before 20 days from date of Arrival.

· 25% deduction before 14 days from date of Arrival.

· 50% deduction within 7 days from date of Arrival.

· 100% deduction within 48 hours from the date of Arrival.

If the clients want to cancel the tour, he/she must be intimate the company in writing mailed to us at our office address on working day within office time. The computation of the period notice shall commence only from time the written request reached the company at its office as above mentioned on working days within office time. In case of cancellation, the cancellation charge 10 % will be deducted from the round figure of total tour cost.

Note: The clients should have to return with company’s guide after the tours, comes before than groups has no problem but not after the groups departure, if somebody trying to hide/runaway from the groups our representatives has fully power to handed over to the law of Country.
